NENFLEX _® elastic couplings are on the market since 1985 and are available in several design combinations to connect two rotating shafts to transmit torques from a minuscule 5 Nm to 80,000 Nm.

The innovative design of the elastic insert allows a partial contact between the coupling claws at no load, and 100% contact at rated torque enhances its service life and prevents premature hysteresis failure. The coupling accommodates radial, angular and axial misalignments, and is available in a variety of stiffness to damp harmful vibrations.

Also available are Flexipad ^TM elastic couplings designed with elastic elements that operate under compression and shear load. The coupling offers safety to disconnect the drive at the end of service life of the elastic elements or due to an abnormal shock load, to protect the drive train. Available in a variety of stiffness with configurations to connect shaft to shaft, or shaft to flywheel.
